Craft Beer Channel. International Women’s Day Drink-along box
International Women’s Day is on March 8th, and every year on this date, a huge and growing collective of woman in beer get together for a collaborative brewday.
More and more beers are also being brewed for release specifically on the day, under the banners of #IWD, Brave Noise, and other noble causes.
Our industry has a huge number of influential female business owners, brewers, and industry professionals. But the fact that this day is noteworthy shows that there is plently more work to be done to encourage woman to join the beer industry, and for their having an equal footing with men to simply be the norm.
A part of that is having the platform to be heard.
Craft Beer Channel are hosting a livestream championing some of these International Woman’s Day Brews, hosted on Thursday 9th March from 19:30 on Youtube (@TheCraftBeerChannel)
As supporters of CBC, A Hoppy Place were thrilled to be asked to source and deliver the boxes that CBC will be drinking on the night.
There will be several guest spots on the night from women in beer and IWDCBD (collaborative brew day) participants.
This box showcases some of the fantastic female led breweries and female brewed beers that have been created this year.
The box contains 5 cans.
£2 from each box sale will go directly to charity.
Logistics:
This preorder is LIVE from Feb 28th to March 7th. The beers will be shipped Tues March 7th for delivery on the 8th/9th ahead of the CBC drink-along on Thursday Evening.
