Dealer’s Choice is a new project where the team grab the recipe book and go freestyle on a set of small batch brews. The third release in this series is Ross’ Blood Orange & Pomegranate Pale. We’ve blended pomegranate and blood orange for tart berry and sweet juicy notes with a little zesty bitterness, brewed on a base hazy pale dry-hopped with Summit for aromas of pink grapefruit and black pepper. Oh yes, there will be blood.
