Our tart Berliner Weisse base has been dialled up with caramelised limes and then balanced off with a delicate drizzle of honey. Fresh ginger gives warmth, but the real star of the show here is 55kg of beautiful, sweet-and-sour Tamarind. Extensively used in Caribbean cuisine, it’s an ingredient both us and our friends at Pastore have been excited to brew with!
The result is a truly unique sour with a huge depth of flavour. Sweet, sour, rich and warm it combines both the creativity and technical skill we and Pastore have become synonymous for!
