This modern pale is all about simplicity. We’ve gone for a pale malt base with just a touch of wheat, which we fermented warm with a lager yeast strain. Launch a load of Simcoe, some Talus and UK grown Olicana in the mix and the result is a crisp, zesty and highly drinkable beer with subtle piney notes.
