Our Monsters beers are parti-gyles: brewed with the richer, stronger wort from early in the brewing process.
We teamed up with our excellent
friends at Petersgate Tap to put
together a delicious dubbel we called
Bark At The Moon’, and of course
there’s an imperial offshoot.
Sticking with the Belgian approach, doubling the dubbel has given us this elegant (and, if we say so ourselves, rather refined) quadrupel. No extras or unexpected additions! (this time)
