Back in 2021, we selected 1000L of Saxbys Cider to be aged in 4 different wine & spirit barrels. Havng frequently tasted the individual barrels over the last 2 years, we decided this Loire Valley Red Wine barrel could only be released as a single barrel, due to its truly unique vinous & oak top notes
