Our fruit stingos are fermented in wood with a mix of Saccharyomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. We add fruit to the fermentation and blend beers in stainless to achieve the resulting beers. This one has Apricot fruits and juice, it’s 5.1% ABV, contains BARLEY (allergens) and is vegan friendly.
