The best thing about building a brewery, is the prerogative to brew a little beer and. She’s here—Let’s Go Girls is very first beer out of our brand spankin’ new brewery. For the first beer off the kit, we wanted something classic and delicious: this is a lovely, hop-forward pale ale with Citra and Mosaic running through it, using a range of hop products throughout the process. Aroma: lime zest, ripe mango, blueberry muffin, and some pine. Palate: full bodied and balaned with more citrus, tropical, and pine notes, and a hint of dankness.
