Everyone loves a little mince from time to time. A lil swish of the hip, a slight sweet sashay, a certain somethin’ in your strut like a spring day in Paris. Wrists resolutely limp, eyebrows aflutter.
Inspired by a few of our friends’ West Coast-ish pales, this is a medium-bitterness, well-rounded pale ale with a balanced palate and great hop character. Hopped with Riwaka and Nugget, it’s reminiscent of famed American pale ales, and boasts aromas of white grape, gooseberry, pine, and citrus on a juicy malt base.
