In Berkshire we make cider from the culinary apples that grow here but we are only a stones throw from the heart of cider apple country. Our latest cider is a blend of four cider apples, Dabinett, Michelin, Coat Jersey and Yarlington Mill partnered with our own culinary apples bringing a little acidity from the east to balance the Tannins of the West. We like the way that this is going and hope that you do too.
