Trickster is our annual blackberry sour release packed full of plump, juicy, blackberries. This year we’ve used blackberries from West Green Fruit Farm, in addition to foraged berries picked by our lovely farmers’ market customers, and surplus foraged berries kindly donated by our friends at Delphic Brewing. Sharp, tart, earthy and sweet – full of the flavours of late summer hedgerows
