Melody Maker has been brewed for the annual Independent Salford Beer Festival and is an autumnal medley of fantastic fruit flavours! In this beer we’ve used Herefordshire grown rhubarb, locally foraged blackberries, and Jonagold apple juice from the amazing Townsend farm. The fermented apple juice adds a refreshing crispness and notes of honey sweetness – a perfect accompaniment to the natural tartness from the rhubarb and blackberries
