We love our sours here at Crop, but sadly this is going to be our last one of the year. This beer is domne in our signature sour way in the fermenter, lactobacillus for 48 hours then Hornidal Kveik yeast for 24 hour, then over 2 weeks with 250g/l Passionfruit and Pineapple Puree.
Expect a refreshing tang and beautiful flavours from the lacto balanced with the wonderful fresh fruit flavours.
