Almost as dry as water, there’s absolutely no residual sugar left. Rice takes up 40% of the total malt bill. It’s crisp, clear, and super light in colour. A neutral yeast doesn’t overpower the delicate rice and allows a light gooseberry and white wine aroma to shine through from the light use of Hallertauer hops.
