For this year’s Collabageddon, Heist Brew Co came to play. We unashamedly appropriated their Sheffield heritage went for the Full Monty, using HDHC to create an insane beer. This technique sees us use all the new hop technologies available to us to pack as much flavour as possible into every drop, the equivalent of 35 g/l of standard hop pellets.
