And this time, we’re getting hoppy with it… IPA School will be at least 2 hours (depending on how nerdy we want to get!) of drinking, eating, and learning about beer – hosted by qualified beer judge, practicing Cicerone, and all-round loud person Charlotte alongside training Pommelier and Hoppy Royalty Jason. We’re inviting just 14 people for one night only to learn all about IPAs, including:

?A guide to beer’s 4 main ingredients, and why the humble hop is so important

?You’ll also learn about the history of the style, including some of the myths, the legends, and the actual facts!

?We’ll taste a wide range of hop-focused beers and discuss the blurry lines between a pale and an IPA, and journey through different regional interpretations of the style!

?The night includes a lot of beers and snacking. You’ll be merry. Do not drive! This super limited group size means you’ll get to ask any and all questions about IPAs and get really stuck into style discussions, whilst making friends and drinking fantastic beer. Of course, another big part of beer curation is food matching!

We’ll also introduce a number of snacks to keep you filled through the evening, and give you some information on what pairs well with what.

Starting at 7:30pm on Thursday 23rd, running through until the bar closes.
