Our Dry cider is a blend of four cider apples, Dabinett, Michelin, Coat Jersey and Yarlington Mill partnered with a touch of our own culinary apples bringing a little acidity from the east to balance the strong Tannins of the West. We hope you enjoy the blend of classic cider apples, once from the West Country in a cider created in the east.
