The name of this beer came up in a podcast with The Beer Fridge Podcast, what I meant to say was safety Net. Sometimes beer names come from the funniest of conversations.
This beer has a pillowy base made up of Golden Promise, Naked Oat Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Barley and a smidgen of Dextrin. Malt from Simpsons and Crisp.
Fermented with AEB Juicy yeast for tropical fruit salad vibes.
Heavy Whirlpool additions of Mosaic BBC and Simcoe backed up with a heavy dryhop of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic BBC and Mosiac Spectrum. Hops from Barthaas X and Yakima Chief.
This is a proper juicy banger with a trio hops that are definately a good safety basket in the brewing world
