This is a Pale Ale for sunny days and cool summer evenings spent in your favourite place with your favourite people. We used lashings of toasted coconut and bags of pineapple puree to give this beer notes of Pina Colada. A dry hop of BRU-1 adds to those vibes and gives the beer a citrus top note.
Serve in your favourite glass straight from the fridge.
