Pogonotrophy is a series special, one-off and very rare mixed fermentation beers. Including saisons, pales and even stouts. We have had a lot of fun creating these. We hope you enjoy them fresh and maybe hide yourself a bottle away for later.
Pogonotrophy 4 is a Dark Barrel Aged Sour Ale. Expect sour cherries and blackcurrants on the nose, with a warming, earthy sweetness on the palate complemented by a pleasant acidity.
