A wise sage once said to me “listen to the wind for it will reveal your inner passion…” I have no idea what that meant but it got me thinking about mangoes. I love mangoes. What goes with mango? Coconut. So here we go, a mango & coconut sour which drinks like liquid sorbet. Oozing with sweet fullness from the big body base of Extra Pale, wheat & jumbo oats for that fluffy mouthfeel, coupled with lactose. The massive fruit addition which we managed to wrestle in to the beer is huge. Bright, fresh Alphonso mango flavour with a creamy coconut sidekick working together to put a smile on your face & keeping it there as the flavours meld and build the more time you spend with it. Ripe & rich, this is an absolute tropical banger.
