If launching this series with a TIPA wasn’t enough of a statement, we’ve gone bigger and better second time around and entered quadruple IPA territory. The giant hop bill is made up of Bru-1, El Dorado and Centennial ensuring flavours of candied pineapple that have been drowned in concentrated pineapple juice for a month before being finished with giant squeezes of orange and lime juice and tossed into a fruit salad. Fruity.
