Drawing inspiration from the change of season where the days stretch out and the leaves turn a vibrant green as they wake from slumber, this Special Bitter Ale is our warm welcome to Spring.
A base of Pils malt teams up with Pale Ale Malt, Caramalt and a touch of Belgian “Special B” giving a continental slant to this traditional English style. Deep orange in colour with biscuity notes and hopped with a blend of old and new – Brewers Gold, EKG, Bramling Cross, Cascade, Chinook and Citra – gives bright lemony, marmalade character. Full-bodied and robust, perfect accompaniment to a lush cheese plate!
All of our beers are unfiltered and vegan friendly.
