Naked oats and spelt make up over a quarter of the malt bill. for texture, the wort was transferred through a bed of Citra before having El Dorado added in the whirlpool. The dry-hop comes from Deya’s hand-selected crop and brings a welcome dose of Simcoe. Vegan.
