Shiver is a cold IPA. It’s an ale-lager hybrid, fermented with our house lager yeast at a warmer temperature than our usual lager fermentations. The cleaner lager yeast allows the hop aromatics to shine through. Hopped with Ekuanot and Strata for rounded stone fruit aromas with a dank and herbaceous finish.
