As part of our releases to focus on locally grown ingredients we have pushed the fruiting content of this BCN Weisse to the highest level we have ever gone to. Beautifully juicy, locally grown peaches and nectarines have been loaded into this beer to create an extremely juicy experience. A rich and creamy malt base loaded with flaked oats creates a smoothie like mouthfeel. To really push this beer to smoothie feels we toasted stacks of coconut and conditioned the already fruited beer on it to enhance the smoothness and round out the fruity character. This beer is a dangerously drinkable Imperial Sour that showcases some of the fine produce that we are surrounded by here in Barcelona.
