SHALLOW TEK is very much focused on tropical fruit with strong citrus undercurrents. Heavy on mango and pineapple forward hops with Azacca, Galaxy and Mosaic supported strongly by lemon, lime and coconut notes of Cryo Ekuanot and a light touch of potent Sabro. We went very heavty on the oat content and a relatively high final gravity on this beer create a super smooth and thick fruity experience with a refreshing slightly grassy, citrus character.
