The last of our series of locally flavoured beers is a big TIPA featuring locally grown organic Cascade hops from Biolupulus. Carrying much of the familiar US cascade citrus and herbal notes with a touch of earthiness. Amping this TIPA up to 11 we have thrown loads of Mosaic Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo and Amarillo at this. With a slightly sweeter and fuller finish than some of our recent TIPAs this is screaming sugar coated dried mango, apricot and tangerine with a touch of orangey boiled sweets.
