Tumbler is a fruity sour that will twist and turn on your palate with delicate flavours of cherry and pear. We choose a delicious Herefordshire pear juice to use in this beer – adding a comforting crispness whilst mellowing the sour cherry puree. Conditioning on vanilla pods helps to give Tumbler a little lift; complimenting the fruit character and accentuating drinkability.
